State Congress: I believe Abia PDP needs a strong party Chairman, not learner, apprentice..Ukwu Rocks Emma,

A chairmanship hopeful in the forthcoming State Congress of the Peoples Democratic party, PDP, Abia State chapter,Hon Chief Ukwu Rocks Emma has said that he believes that at this particular time his party needs a strong Chairman for the job and not an apprentice or try-your-luck gambler.
Hon Chief Ukwu Rocks Emma,who was the immediate past Commissioner for Basic Education under the immediate past Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s administration disclosed this in an interview with newsmakers Online in Umuahia.
The state chairmanship aspirant further noted PDP as a main opposition party in the state having ruled the state for a good number of years required a very competent hand who has seen it all to steer the ship of the party and not a novice who is yet to be tested in party administration or election management.
Ukwu Rocks Emma who revealed that what really prompted him to join the race is to join hands with other leaders to restore the lost glory of the party that once held sway in the state, adding that many things including Obi factor were responsible for his party’s defeat at the last election in Abia State.
To this end,he explained that a party that is trying to relaunch it’s relevance in the political turf of Abia State cannot be entrusted in the hands of learners or apprentices who have not contested election before,who have not even been councillor, LG Chairman or state legislator or involved in party politics and administration at relevant levels.
Without sounding boastful, I have the cognate experience, legislative and administrative experiences included, national boardroom experience to unify the party to bounce back to a force to reckon with.
Ukwu Rocks Emma further noted that he believes that Abia PDP needs a very strong hand to midwife the party now in opposition to safe havens , adding that it is not for people who need seminars to operate but someone who has cognate experience ,who has seen it all both in party administration and active participant in the democratic processes, an election guru.
