Despite pockets of noisy opposition,Abia State Governor is not bothered but focused in delivery of good governance to the good people of Abia State.
No mean personality than the
deputy governorship candidate of Young Progressive Party in the 2023 election,Dr Chima Desmond Anyaso has also acknowledged this fact.
In his assessment of two years in office,Dr Chima Desmond Anyaso has given the Labour Party governor,Dr Alex Otti a pass mark noting that he has delivered beyond expectations therefore he is doing pretty well.
The YPP deputy Governorship Candidate,Dr Anyaso who lauded the Labour Party Governor’s two years in office noting that despite the pockets of opposition in some quarters, that Dr Alex Otti has won hearts of majority Abians through impactful governance.
The YPP deputy governorship candidate added that in second year in office,that the current administration in Abia State, under the astute leadership of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, the Governor of Abia State, has proven to be exceptionally promising.
Anyaso who pointed out that Gov Otti’s giant strides are posing a formidable challenge for opposition parties, particularly those entrenched in adversarial politics, to effectively fulfill their roles within the democratic framework of both Abia State and Nigeria at large.
In a press statement issued by his media aide, Razor Gabriel made available to newsmen in Umuahia, the Young Progressive Party (YPP) Deputy Governorship Canidate ,Dr Anyaso gave the commendations at various meetings with his party’s state leadership and gatherings of select stakeholders from Bende Local Government recently.
According to press statement issued by his media aide,Mr Razor Gabriel made available to newsmen in Umuahia,Anyaso further remarked that, although there exist isolated dissenting voices opposing the Governor,that the overwhelming majority of Abians remain steadfastly aligned with Governor Otti.
He emphasized that these dissenting politicians, who consistently refrain from acknowledging any positive contributions of Governor Alex Otti, either publicly or privately, constitute a mere minority.
He noted that the democratic framework prevailing in Abia State and Nigeria is a pointer to the fact that it is the majority that ultimately dictates electoral outcomes.
Anyaso,a renowned philanthropist and Igbere-bor business magnate, who has consistently championed the course of good governance in Abia State and has persistently advocated for enhanced infrastructural development throughout the Bende Federal constituency, said he would not hesitate to extol Governor Alex Otti for his numerous accomplishments.
He therefore commended the infrastructural strides of Governor Alex Otti and described his policy initiatives being implemented across the state including road constructions, renovation of hospitals and schools as well as free education for basic schools, as laudable.
He wished the Governor, members of the state Executive Council, his appointees and all Abians, a happy second year anniversary.
