Eastern Nigeria Development NJC, NCTTH, sign MOU for Nsulu Trust Guide with Nsulu host communities.

The Eastern Nigeria Development New Jerusalem City/ Ubani TV Brothers in conjunction with Nsulu Council of Traditional Title Holders (NCTTH) have signed a Memoradum of Understanding (MOU) and implemention with the host communities for Nsulu Trust Guide documents that secure and guarantee the rights of sons and daughters of Nsulu.
It was gathered that the signing of memoradum of Understanding was after the outcome of meeting held on Thursday,15th May,2025 between Nsulu Council of Traditional Title Holders ( NCTTH) and UTV/ NJC on Jerusalem City Smart City focus projects zone wherein it was said that Abia State International Airport location was at the holy land of Nsulu.
In a press statement issued by Hon Vincent Anthony Ubani made available to journalists in Umuahia further said that the leadership of Nsulu council of traditional titles holders and NJC with UTV met on Thursday ,the 15th May, 2025 for the final signing of the MOU original copy and signing into law the Nsulu host communities development trust guide document.
He said that the MOU after presentation was read by Nze Ukaibe, the Nsulu Council of traditional title holders Secretary and was adopted by all houses for it to be signed.
“All concern members of both the NJC and UTV with Nsulu council of traditional title holders pen their signatures and on that note the partnership of Nsulu council of traditional title holders, NJC and UTV has been sealed as the officers to run the administration of Nsulu host communities development trust guide has been set up .
He maintained that activities will start from next week starting with the first meeting going to Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Industry ,Abia State on the United Kingdom HP Capital Teaching Hospital project in Nsulu landscape.
Ubani who revealed that discussion is on with communication to the Abia State Governor through his Chief of Staff for the Abia State government to officially have the record and copy of the Nsulu host communities development trust guide document with the MOU original copy for their record.
